HONEYMOONED!

We are back from a 3 days 3 nights and 2 full days on a bus!

PULAU REDANG

we set off from GOLDEN MILE at abt 1030pm on 4th July 09. I popped the travel sickness pill. Thank God for that cos it’s really a long long long long long long long long long long long journey (for every “long” it’s one hour). I was drowsy n sleeping thru the journey. BUT….the crazy bus uncle must have been having a fever cos the bus was FREEZING cold. n i really mean super duper freezing cold lo.

i was so drowsy…. i couldnt move…i made Ran went to take our towels from the luggage when the bus stopped for us to take a pee break. Brrrrrrr…… thanks God for the towel if not i would have been an ice sculpture.

Finally the day breaks and we are still probably an hr away from Merang Jetty.

I am still drowsy when we reached lo.

I couldnt even open my eyes properly.

 

We finally got one the ferry…..and it was…… “Welcome to Genting Highlands…” Man!!!! it was freezing! wat’s wrong with everybody….Aircon free?

 

 

YEAH! finally after like 11 hours of anticipation. We are finally HERE!!!! n i still cannot open my eyes.

Have u watched the “xia ri mo mo cha” movie? this is the replica of it….so cool….lomantic sia.

Anyway the following pics are gonna be the SUN, SEA, SAND, SNORKEL, SUN, SEA, SAND, SNORKEL, SUN, SEA, SAND, SNORKEL…and lotsa FISHES n the pool. haha

we went for a total of 4 snorkelling trips, always followed by a dip in the pool plus the jacuzzi. and often coupled with a self-snorkel at the shore just before the snorkelling trips and also 5-min kinda tan. it’s too hot!!!

oh yes, it was real tiring!

we are baked…hmm. i am mocha now….and ran is kopi-o. haha

 

 

 

this fish is huge! probably 50-60cm long…..

we fed the fishes with bread…dunno why they seem to be constantly hungry….they snap…

the parrot fish super violent… =( i kena bitten….

  these colourful ones….they snap real hard…dun like them….silly parrot fish bite me!

 

these are friendlier fishes, lemme go find out it’s name. Ran was attacked by this school….with bread…u will have fish following u.

snorkelling is fun…. but diving is even better!

we went kayaking too!!!

it was quite scary cos we went quite far out to another island and the waves are really choppy…i  tot, oh my gosh i dunno wanna die here….. haha

praise the Lord! when we came back, we came back in a higher class coach cos there was a delay for other passengers from other resort and five star bus uncles decided to let us switch to the higher class coach with entertainment system where all the passengers have arrived and there are still enuff seats for us! woohoo!

“HOW’s MARRIED LIFE, MRS SIM?”

This is the million dollar question that zillion of people are asking me these 16 days. I wonder if Ran gets the same question too. I shall ask him later.

So really how’s married life? I give the same answer to everybuddy.

“GREAT!”

I will say. I shod formulate a better answer than that. Haha, but really how should i be answering? I really enjoy being Randy’s wife. Having him with me when i wake up. Having him tuck me to bed. Making our bed. Simply just being his wife.

I dun really do housework when i was home last time. But now, I wash the clothes. Hooray when the sun is shining so brightly cos the clothes can be dried. Fold the clothes. Wash the dishes. Sweep the floor. Sew his jeans. And….. I’ m actually enjoying it. Can u believe it?! i enjoy making the place i stay in neat and tidy. Making sure the laundry basket doesn’t overflow. Keeping the shoes in it’s proper places. Buying groceries, getting household items… haha.

Mrs Sim is enjoying herself! Honeymoon period? I dunno. but i sure hope the honeymoon period will not be over.

So “GREAT” , though it may not justify how exactly i am feeling cos of the simplicity of the word. But it’s simply, “GREAT”.

tht’s amazing cos it would be as if our time came to a standstill ever since me and Randy first got together.

The exotic fishes are trapped and they need to get out. For the longest time ever they have been brainstorming on the ways to get their life back again. Finally the answer to their prayer. A teeny weeny fish that is small enough to squeeze through the filter and pop a stone in and choke up the filter. They fail the first time. But they never give up. That’s their ONLY hope. Before they die in the hands of a crazy little girl with ugly braces. They plan and they plot. They do all the necessary preparation for that day to come. They choke up the filter. Algae grows. The more the happier. Finally, they get their wish. Packed in individual plastic bags with water, they finally got out of the hateful tank. Now it’s time for Plan A to take action! They have been rehearsing this day in their minds ever since the day they were there. Roll down the window… roll across the street…roll to the pier and TADAH! The beautiful ocean awaits them!

Everyone asks the same question ,” How’s your wedding preparation coming along?”

I really wish I have the perfect answer.

But I wish they ask it phrasing it differently like, “ I can see you are on track for ur wedding….U slimmed down alot. Jiayou man. I can help you settle things you dun like to do. What can I do to help?”

Haha, I hate admin and I really hate doing all the nitty gritty things like prepare the itinery, think of the details such as who drive who, who fetch my mama and i really wish someone can help me do EVERYTHING without me having to think so much….jus as and when come and consult me on wat I think I want….

I am on to the guest list finally

RSVPing ppl so tht I can prepare who sit with who and invitation cards to give who and who….Some pple cannot come…boohoo. People like YX say for me sure come end up also cannot…humph. It’s ok…next time we meet maybe I have kids liao….

okok, my mama wants me to buy NEW everything…. but somethings I buy some things I dun…

I bought a pair of towels….or rather my mama bought it

 

Pretty? My mama say white towels will turn grey after sometime….haha by then we buy new ones again lo. The embroidery of our names are free…

 

 

And I Finally bought my shoes… wanted to be naughty and wear my colleagues’ or future SIL’s wedding shoes…(both moms say wedding day must wear new shoes but to me it’s just a waste of $ getting a pair of u-only-wear-once-and-collect-dust-besides-it’s-super-ex kinda shoes)

But future SIL i definitely cannot borrow cos wat if cat is out of bag , it wun be too good. for RG’s heels, it’s super pretty but it’s only 2.5 inches high. I am short you know… CMI. Den for ah lee’s, it high enough but colour not suitable. Haiz…SO…..end up i bought…but i am happy!!!

Cos this pair of anna nucci is on 20% off!!! it was originally $85++ and i got it at $68++. Worth it right… and it’s 4.5 inches high!!! muahaha, instantly from a five footer i become….erm abit taller…haha

And Yes my sister gang…. i decided not to spend my energy on the yellow flower and ordered online instead with the help of TLK……. i got…

It isnt as pretty as wat i imagined it to be but it’s pretty enuff… besides I save myself from being a grumpy bride to be trying to sew the wrist corsage on my own…

There are still quite a number of things tht needs to be settled but I am PROCRASTINATING!!! help

I need to write thank u speech, settle the montage, settle the AD details, meet with Emcees…. etc.AND yes PAint the room…. ARGH!!!

and also edit the songs….. MR!!! help me!!!!

It took us 5 hours to complete ALL the selection… Till the end, we were just gg by our instincts and not really thinking….it was so super tedious..

We added 3 more pages costing us RM1080 which we were already budgetting.. so all in all RM4288 + RM 1080 = RM 5368…which is about S$2200++. So in total we had 15 pages big big album and niang jia album , one big big picture, two table top pics, one 3-in1 pic, and 200 pieces of 4R pics for frens and family….and aiyo i also dun remember wat liao le….alot of things more.

Besides we got back ALL the sample photo pictures.
